The Project: The goal is to get the target audience to buy the new COVERGIRL True You Match lipstick at their local stores. The target audience likes looking their best and shopping for items that help them enhance their natural beauty.
My Approach: I strategically crafted the heading and subhead to be benefit-heavy to draw to consumers’ needs and desires. I was careful to use COVERGIRL’s fun, stylish, and promotional tone when presenting the features and benefits in this copy. I also intensified certain ideas in this message using bold and italics formatting to help emphasize benefits to the consumers.
